Okay, so I know this might sound far-fetched to you, and you’re probably pretty skeptical, but below I’m going to explain precisely how I, Adam Folker as well as Justin Darlington and so many of our athletes, have added up to 9 – 15 inches to our vertical jumps – not in months, but within days and weeks.

When I was young I was NOT an athletic guy. In fact, I used to get made fun of for being the only guy on the team unable to touch the backboard.

I still remember how embarrassed I was when we would have home games and a lot of fans would show up. You see, in highschool I had a huge crush on this one girl and guess who showed up to these home games?

Yep. She was front row center sitting at half-court watching the game.

I was in my usual position on the end of the bench when the ref stopped the game to wipe some sweat from the floor. I immediately hopped up (not really thinking) and grabbed a towel and wiped the sweat off the floor. The entire crowd started cheering because it was the first time they had ever seen me actually get on the court..


I made it my goal that day that I would become a starter on the team. I would earn my playing time or die trying.

I began to workout and research exactly what it would take for me to finally get some playing time and eventually reach my goal. I became obsessed with it..

With this burning desire to become better I discovered a unique system that allowed me to pack some serious inches onto my vertical jump (more about that below).

I started dunking in practice and the coach had no choice but to play me in games. When it came time to perform in the games, these secrets worked even better. I dunked on at least one of my opponents every game.

The attention that I got as a player and as an individual because of this was CRAZY! That girl I told you about earlier? Well let’s just say we became more than friends.

I achieved my goal and was a starter on the team. I ended up leading the country in scoring my senior year of highschool! I got an NCAA Division 1 full ride scholarship and I am now a professional basketball player.

…And a huge part of this transformation was becoming a more explosive player and being able to jump with guys taller than I am.
